Verify raw material order details, suppliers, product specifications and quantities. Randomly inspect incoming materials to assess their quality before production begins.
Quality Built Into Every Pair.
Consistency You Can Count On.
At Charming Ever, quality control is part of our daily production, not simply a final inspection before shipment. From materials and manufacturing processes to finished footwear and independent inspection, we work to ensure that bulk production consistently meets the quality and specifications of the approved sample.
Approved Sample. Consistent Production. Reliable Quality.
Authoritative Independent Third-Party Inspection
20+ years of long-term inspection partnerships

Professional Inspection Services
Our long-term inspection partnerships cover key stages of production, from incoming materials and initial production to during-production, final inspection and shipment.
Conducted during sampling or early production. Early inspection helps identify potential design, production and packaging issues and supports timely corrective action.
Random inspections when approximately 10–20% of production is completed ?covering order details, product and packaging information, and production-line conditions.
Final inspection when production is 100% complete and at least 80% of goods are packed, sampled according to the agreed plan and inspection criteria.
Inspection Center Services
According to customer requirements, 100% inspection can be conducted at the factory, or through an inspection center for full inspection, needle detection, sorting, repair, repacking, warehousing and logistics.
Sampling
Samples are independently selected and sealed onsite according to customer requirements for laboratory testing, customer approval or other specified purposes.
Loading Supervision
During container loading, order details, product information and quantities are verified. Container condition and the loading process are checked onsite.
Quality Starts Within
Our own quality control team
Third-party inspection provides independent verification, but quality control begins with our own team.
Our in-house quality control team works alongside production throughout the manufacturing process, monitoring materials, workmanship and key production stages on a daily basis.
By integrating quality control into our daily operations, we aim to identify potential issues as early as possible, take corrective action quickly and reduce the risk of quality problems reaching the finished product.
Quality is not only checked at the end. It is controlled throughout the process.
Quality Control at Every Stage
Our quality control process follows the product from incoming materials through production to final inspection.
